- MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Strong communication; translate IT needs into dollars.
- PMP/CSM and/or ITIL certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with CPIC, TBM, FITARA, BPA/BCA/AoA.
- Power BI/PowerApps experience.
