IT OpsTechnician II

📋 Description

• Manage and scale IT infrastructure, services and tooling
• Provide in office support 5 days a week
• Improve existing IT processes
• Work with IT partners to optimize services
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for Mac and PC
• Triage and document steps to simplify escalations
• Support IT Systems including Slack, G Suite, Jamf, Okta, Jira, Mac, PC, Zoom
• Identify Mac and PC hardware issues; coordinate repairs with vendors
• Troubleshoot network issues (DNS, VPN, WiFi)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of IT Ops experience
• Proven ability to lead projects
• Strong Apple support experience
• Desire to learn new technologies and skills
• Ability to handle tickets in line with SLAs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
