IT Ops Technician II

📋 Description

• Unblock employees by resolving IT tickets quickly and efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service via problem-solving skills
• Help build mature IT systems and drive cross-team IT projects
• Provide in-office IT support as part of the IT Support Team
• Troubleshoot and resolve Mac and PC software issues
• Document steps to simplify escalations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of IT Ops experience
• Proven ability to lead projects
• Strong Apple/Mac support experience
• Desire to learn new technologies and skills
• Ability to handle tickets in line with SLAs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
