IT Ops Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.

• Own identity and access management across Okta, SSO, SCIM.

• Own our MDM stack and manage hardware lifecycle.

• Serve as the internal IT vendor and security partner contact.

• Partner with engineering and security on compliance reviews.

• Own IT escalations and build self-service tooling for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations or corporate engineering.

• Built onboarding/offboarding workflows from scratch.

• Deep Okta experience — SSO, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle.

• MDM tooling knowledge (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle).

• Managed MSP or IT vendor relationships.

• Regulatory compliance awareness in regulated environments.
