  • Be part of the Global Service Desk; manage incidents and service requests.

  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams.
  • Provide high-quality IT support and customer service.

  • 2-3 years IT or service desk experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows, MacOS and Linux.
  • Basic networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with Azure, O365, Active Directory, JAMF.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Graduate degree in Information Technology or related field.
