  • Provide direct IT support to Postman employees across EMEA time zones.
  • Serve as regional IT contact for the UK office and remote EMEA staff.
  • Manage local hardware inventory including provisioning, shipping, and refresh.
  • Maintain and support office IT infra (network, AV, rooms) for the UK office.
  • Collaborate with US and India IT teams for seamless handoffs.
  • Identify and escalate regional issues and GDPR-related IT concerns.

  • 3+ years in IT operations or support.
  • MacOS, Jamf, Apple Business Manager expertise.
  • Experience with Okta IdP for user lifecycle and SSO.
  • SaaS admin tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong communication and service-oriented mindset.
