IT Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support and scale internal IT environment.
• Combine hands-on end-user support with automation and platform ownership.
• Work across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and office infrastructure.
• Build repeatable, scalable IT solutions for a distributed workforce.
• Improve reliability, automation, and operational maturity.
• Operate with strong technical depth and good judgment in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years IT operations/support in cloud-native or high-growth environments
• Identity and access management with Okta or equivalent
• macOS and Windows endpoints management with Jamf and Intune
• ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar), ticketing workflows
• Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell; Terraform or IaC
• Cloud security fundamentals: MFA, device compliance, EDR
• Ability to troubleshoot across SaaS, endpoints, identity, and network
• Documentation of systems and procedures
