IT Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support and scale CoreWeave’s internal IT environment.
• Blend hands-on end-user support with automation and platform ownership.
• Work across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure.
• Contribute to repeatable, scalable solutions for a distributed workforce.
• Collaborate with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years IT support/IT operations in cloud-native or high-growth setups.
• Identity and access management (Okta or equivalent), with automation.
• MDM for macOS/Windows endpoints (Jamf, Intune).
• ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar) with workflows.
• User lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, role changes).
• Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell; Terraform/IaC familiarity.
• Cloud security fundamentals: MFA, device compliance, EDR.
• Troubleshoot across SaaS, endpoints, identity, and network.
