Drive day-to-day IT Operations across technical, service, and operations.
Lead IT Operations projects from ideation to completion.
Monitor health, trends, risks, dependencies, and performance; escalate.
Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and improve execution; monitor SLA.
Develop dashboards and executive insights; promote Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery.
Support audit readiness, compliance, governance; lead continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years in PM, ops, service delivery, or federal IT.
DoD/Air Force or federal IT environments experience.
Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery experience.
Experience with reporting/visualization tools for trends and risks.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or MS tools.
Compliance, documentation, audit readiness; identify issues and fixes.
