- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvements.
- Stakeholder in SaaS governance, app rationalization, and vendor mgmt.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as trusted advisor to leaders on tech strategy and employee experience.
- Establish and monitor service delivery metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and partners.
- Mentor IT team and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
