IT Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end IT service delivery (help desk, incidents, requests, escalations)
• Administer IAM platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Auth0) incl. SSO & MFA
• Manage collaboration apps (Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence, Zoom); licensing & integrations
• Manage endpoints (Mac/Windows/mobile) via MDM; patching & compliance
• Own IT vendor relations, contracts, licenses, and procurement
• Partner with Security on endpoint protection and SOC 2 compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations/administration with at least 2 years in leadership
• Deep knowledge of IAM (Okta, Google Workspace Admin, SSO/SAML, SCIM)
• Strong endpoint management (MDM for Mac/Windows), device lifecycle, patching
• Comfortable with embedded/industrial hardware (edge devices) - hard requirement
• Networking fundamentals: routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, Wi‑Fi
• SaaS vendor management: procurement, license optimization, negotiations, Shadow IT discovery
