  • University degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
  • Extensive IT operations experience; strong app architecture and service management.
  • Advanced ITIL process knowledge.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience: configuration and operational workflows.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
