  • University degree in IT or CS, or equivalent.
  • Extensive IT operations experience with service management.
  • Advanced ITIL knowledge with enterprise experience.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and workflows.
  • Experience with documentation and SharePoint.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
