🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in IT Support or IT Operations.
Mac-first expertise; strong macOS hardware/software skills.
SaaS administration: Okta lifecycle management and Google Workspace.
Networking fundamentals: VLANs, Wi‑Fi testing, ISP troubleshooting.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move IT equipment.
Vendor coordination and onsite problem solving.
