Build and maintain automation platforms (Automation Service Gateway) for IT Operations.
Identify automation opportunities and develop new processes with best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to replace manual workflows with scalable systems.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and coordinate with vendors and teams as needed.

🎯 Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven scripting experience in Python, Terraform, or Bash.
Strong understanding of GCP, Okta (APIs and Orchestrator), and Google Workspace.
SDLC best practices, code reviews, GitHub, and build processes.
