Build and maintain automation platforms like Automation Service Gateway in IT Ops.
Proactively identify automation opportunities and implement best-practice processes.
Partner with stakeholders to replace manual workflows with scalable, compliant systems.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and coordinate with vendors/teams on escalations.

🎯 Requirements

At least 4 years in a similar role.
Proficient in Python, Terraform, or Bash scripting.
Strong GCP, Okta APIs/Orchestrator, and Google Workspace knowledge.
SDLC best practices: coding standards, reviews, GitHub, builds.
