Installing, configuring and supporting workstations, servers and telephony devices.
Diagnosing and solving faults in hardware and software.
Performing system builds and upgrades.
Creating and managing documentation.
Identifying automation opportunities via scripting (Python/PowerShell).

🎯 Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years' experience with Windows OS in IT support.
Experience installing and configuring workstations.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD and Office 365.
Hands-on experience in colocation/datacentre facilities.
Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell.
Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
Passion for automating processes and IaC mindset.
