Own network infrastructure: selection, procurement, config, install, troubleshooting
Monitor network health; troubleshoot and root-cause issues
Gather requirements with customers/vendors/contractors to build plans
Collaborate with stakeholders/engineers to build scalable, maintainable products
Innovate to solve unique layer1 challenges
Ensure IT systems reliability during launches

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, aerospace or STEM
Experience designing/maintaining system-level communication architectures in large campuses/facilities
Prioritize multiple projects; adapt quickly to changes
Project management: schedules, scopes of work, drawings, specs
Experience supervising technicians/contractors
Willing to work long hours; travel to launch sites; CAD/schematics; TCP/IP knowledge
