IT Manager (West Coast)

📋 Description

• Lead a high-caliber engineering team that scales with the business.
• Drive technical direction and mentor engineers.
• Manage team morale with regular assessments and leadership collaboration.

• Ensure quality output, on-call rotation, and project management.
• Own IT tooling management, vendor relationships, and procurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years leading IT engineers in fast-paced, remote environments.
• 5+ years deploying and managing enterprise tech (MDM, Okta IAM, Google Workspace, Atlassian, password management, etc.).
• 5+ years in end-user support (Directory Services Google Workspace, SSO Okta, RBAC, procurement).
• Experience leading agile ceremonies (grooming, standups, retrospectives).
• Track record of meeting schedules on time; balancing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field preferred; strong analytical/communication skills.
