🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years IT ops/infra in cloud-native environment.
- 3+ years people leadership of IT teams or MSPs.
- Proven IT service delivery for remote-first workforce.
- Hands-on with SaaS-first IT stacks: Identity/SSO; Collaboration; Endpoint; ITSM.
- Strong security/compliance: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST controls.
- Experience managing vendors/MSPs; negotiate SLAs.
- Excellent communication; translate tech constraints for non-tech.
