- Support and close inbound tickets within SLA limits
- Manage and develop IT team members, including prioritization, coaching, performance management, and career growth
- Define and manage IT roadmap
- Implement projects and drive them to delivery
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years IT experience with 4+ years in management
- Experience stabilizing IT operations after rapid growth
- Experience configuring AI tooling
- Broad experience with MDM, IAM, and Security
- Proven ability to mature IT operations (SLAs, automation)
- Player-coach mentality with strong ownership and team development
