IT Manager

📋 Description

• Own IT: identity management, device lifecycle, helpdesk, audits, vendor relations.
• Lead AI-native IT operations; extend automation roadmap and AI helpdesk.
• Build and grow the team: manage 2-3 engineers and hire.
• Partner with Engineering; IT embedded with Cloud Infra, Security, Platform.
• Be the tech authority on Okta architecture, VPN, and MDM.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years IT experience, incl. 1+ year in management.
• Okta/Auth0 administration at scale; SSO/SCIM, Workflows.
• MDM with Kaseya VSA, Jamf, or Intune.
• Networking basics: VLANs, VPN, TCP/IP, Meraki.
• People management: onboarding, performance, hiring.
• Excellent communication; explain security to execs & Okta workflows to engineers.
