📋 Description

• Own IT operations end-to-end
• Onboard/offboard employees: laptops, access setup, troubleshooting
• Manage IT vendors/tools (e.g., Deel IT, JumpCloud)
• Coordinate device lifecycle: MDM enrollment, returns, inventory
• Build scalable identity and access management (RBAC)
• Enforce security posture: MFA, hardware authentication (YubiKeys)
