Support lab workstations, instrument-connected computers, and peripherals.
Image, provision, and configure devices; install, update, and validate software; Windows/macOS.
Ensure lab uptime; operate in GxP/reg environments; data integrity and access controls.
Identity and access management; device management; onboarding/offboarding; VIP support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years IT helpdesk/desktop support or equivalent.
3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or lab environments.
3+ years supporting lab instruments or scientific equipment.
Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
