- Own lifecycle of lab instrument workstations: imaging, hardening, config, install.
- Configure instrument controllers and integrate with workflows.
- Collaborate with lab staff, system owners, and operations to support workflows.
- Coordinate vendor activities for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Support integration of instruments with LIMS, ELN, and data systems.
- Apply vendor-approved patches and upgrades to stay in validated state under 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years supporting IT in a GxP environment.
- Not less than 7 years end-user computer support, regulated industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop OS and PC apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven experience collaborating with lab system vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
