π― Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Information Systems (rising juniors/seniors preferred)
- Basic familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting simple technical issues (logins, printers, Wi-Fi, peripherals)
- Strong communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially handling equipment and inventory
- Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week in Greensboro, NC
