- Prepare and organize IT equipment: unbox, label assets, stage for deployment.
- Support workstation setup and breakdown during relocations or hardware refreshes.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory: verify equipment, serial numbers, update records.
- Provide basic help desk support: login issues, software installs, peripheral setup.
- Document troubleshooting and resolutions in the ticketing system.
🎯 Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in IT/CS/IS or related field
- Basic familiarity with Windows environments, navigation and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Basic understanding of computer hardware: laptops, desktops, monitors
- Ability to assist with device setup, workstation configuration, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience or exposure to help desk or end-user support (a plus)
