Collaborate with IT teams to translate technical knowledge into docs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, CS, or related discipline.
ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
1–3 years in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
Experience producing technical documentation, SOPs, or knowledge base articles.
Exposure to ITIL-based service management practices preferred.
Proficiency with documentation tools; strong English; diagramming and basic scripting.
