L3 support experience with day-to-day operations.
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
Administered IIS, FTP, and SMTP services.
Managed patch deployment tools like WSUS and SCCM.
Proficient in OCI, AWS, Linux, LAN/WAN, load balancers, VPNs.
Automated workflows using PowerShell and batch scripts.
Drive disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
