  • Full-time, on-site IT Helpdesk Engineer based in the Warsaw hub.
  • Serve as primary IT contact for the Warsaw hub and global IT ops.
  • Support events and large meetings; manage IT/AV assets.
  • Provide, install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for hires.
  • Manage IT requests; coordinate with vendors for repairs and network infra.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years IT support, A/V management, or event coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows.
  • Experience with identity/access management (Okta) and MDM (Jamf, WorkspaceOne).
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration and enterprise tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian, Slack).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, detail-oriented, with strong documentation.
