- Full-time, on-site IT Helpdesk Engineer based in the Warsaw hub.
- Serve as primary IT contact for the Warsaw hub and global IT ops.
- Support events and large meetings; manage IT/AV assets.
- Provide, install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for hires.
- Manage IT requests; coordinate with vendors for repairs and network infra.
- Use Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Zoom and other enterprise tools.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
- 3+ years IT support, A/V management, or event coordination.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows.
- Experience with identity/access management (Okta) and MDM (Jamf, WorkspaceOne).
- Familiarity with SaaS administration and enterprise tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Atlassian, Slack).
- Excellent troubleshooting, detail-oriented, with strong documentation.
