π― Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent)
- 2+ years IT help desk or desktop support
- Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows desktops
- Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, DHCP, and Jira
- Experience supporting printers, Zoom Rooms, and AV equipment
