  • Serve as the first IT contact for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
  • Manage user accounts and access across Google Workspace and Zoom Rooms
  • Set up and maintain Zoom Rooms hardware and video conferencing
  • Provide AV support for meetings and events (projectors, mics, speakers)
  • Support on-prem IT infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, office devices)
  • Troubleshoot issues and document incidents in the ticketing system

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years IT help desk or desktop support
  • Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows desktops
  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, DHCP, and Jira
  • Experience supporting printers, Zoom Rooms, and AV equipment

🎁 Benefits
