- Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for the NYC office
- Provide first-line support for access requests, account issues, and basic troubleshooting

- Resolve basic network issues (connectivity, peripherals, hardware)
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access provisioning
π― Requirements
- Solid experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role
- Comfort providing in-person, desk-side, and AV support in an office environment
- Working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments
- Familiarity with identity/access management and SaaS administration concepts
- Clear, direct communicator with strong organizational habits
- High reliability and attention to detail
