  • Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for the NYC office
  • Provide first-line support for access requests, account issues, and basic troubleshooting
  • Handle walk-ups, tickets, and ad hoc requests with professionalism
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot conference rooms, AV equipment, and hybrid meetings
  • Resolve basic network issues (connectivity, peripherals, hardware)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access provisioning

🎯 Requirements

  • Solid experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role
  • Comfort providing in-person, desk-side, and AV support in an office environment
  • Working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments
  • Familiarity with identity/access management and SaaS administration concepts
  • Clear, direct communicator with strong organizational habits
  • High reliability and attention to detail
