- Drive FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, headcount, incentives
- Validate data accuracy across R2R and FP&A; support month/quarter-end close
- Maintain data flows between source systems, Workday Financials, planning/BI tools
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for Corporate Services AI & Innovation
- Lead AI and automation for FP&A systems; pilot AI tools to reduce manual effort
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in IT BA or Finance with systems focus
- Deep R2R and FP&A knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, close
- Workday Adaptive Planning experience or Anaplan/Planful
- Automation in finance / process improvement
- Power BI, SQL (data validation), Advanced Excel; GL/consolidation
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
