🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in IT operations; 3+ years in management.
- BA/BS/MS or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing third-party vendors/MSPs, including contracts and finances.
- Experience in corporate and distributed field operations environments.
- ITSM experience with ITIL/ServiceNow.
- Familiar with Puppet, Zabbix, GCP, Google Workspace, MDM.
