IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Provide first-level functional support for SAP S/4HANA OTC processes.
• Analyze business requirements with senior analysts.
• Configure and test SAP OTC functionality under guidance.
• Support IDoc interfaces and middleware integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with users.
• Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Business or related field.
• 2–5 years SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC); SAP SD/OTC preferred.
• Understanding basic Order-to-Cash concepts (order entry, pricing, billing).
• Familiarity with system integrations (IDocs, middleware, APIs).
• Excel, reporting tools, or SQL queries experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
