Serve as primary escalation point for the events team during complex productions
Design and optimize audio/video systems for events (DSP, mics, cameras)
Troubleshoot issues requiring deep understanding of signal paths and networks
Mentor events team on best practices, equipment operation, and troubleshooting
Manage relationships with AV integrators for upgrades and support
Drive global event support and standardization across offices

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in broadcast engineering, live sound, or event tech
Deep expertise in audio DSP, microphones, acoustics
Strong knowledge of video broadcast systems and camera ops
Operate as engineer and technical director during live productions
Excellent stakeholder relationships; translate tech to business value
Own technical quality end-to-end from design to live execution
