Manage and optimize SaaS platforms for cost, compliance, and performance.
Partner with the CISO to identify and close security gaps.
Oversee office IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and great employee experience.
Track and improve IT service delivery using metrics and employee feedback.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in IT engineering with automation and AI focus.
Proven success leading multi-stakeholder projects from planning to delivery.
Strong security acumen; experience with IAM and MDM.
Excellent communicator; explains technical solutions clearly.
Decisive in fast-moving environments with incomplete information.
