πŸ“‹ Description

  • Escalate IT issues across endpoints, identity, and core SaaS apps.
  • Coordinate IT incident response, including troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Manage internal user accounts, groups, and access across identity and SaaS systems.
  • Own onboarding/offboarding workflows with People, Security, and Hiring Managers.
  • Deploy and maintain IT systems (MDM, security, collaboration tools, AI), assets.
  • Manage MDM endpoints (provisioning, compliance, OS/app updates).

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT (IT Engineer/Systems Admin/IT Ops) with incident ownership.
  • Hands-on with SaaS-heavy envs: Google Workspace, M365, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian.
  • Endpoint management/MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) across macOS/Windows.
  • Experience coordinating IT incidents in a remote-first env.
  • Familiar with security/compliance concepts (least privilege, access reviews, baselines).
  • Write clear docs (runbooks, KBs) for technical and non-technical audiences.
