- Escalate IT issues across endpoints, identity, and core SaaS apps.
- Coordinate IT incident response, including troubleshooting and follow-up.

π― Requirements
- 5+ years in IT (IT Engineer/Systems Admin/IT Ops) with incident ownership.
- Hands-on with SaaS-heavy envs: Google Workspace, M365, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian.
- Endpoint management/MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) across macOS/Windows.
- Experience coordinating IT incidents in a remote-first env.
- Familiar with security/compliance concepts (least privilege, access reviews, baselines).
- Write clear docs (runbooks, KBs) for technical and non-technical audiences.
