IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect, build, and operate IT systems, infrastructure, and SaaS stack.
• Based in SF or Menlo Park; escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead IT projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold and improve the firm's IT security posture through planning and execution.
• Build and scale IT automations using workflows, scripting, and APIs.
• Architect and evolve endpoint management and access control (Jamf/Kandji, Okta, Intune).

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in systems, networking, or security engineering with a track record.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with executives.
• Deep MacOS and Windows knowledge; strong iOS skills; Android preferred.
• Experience with SaaS tools (Okta, Google Workspace) and device mgmt (Jamf, Kandji).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and basic networking concepts.
