IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Execute IT Ops playbooks for SaaS apps and remote device provisioning.
• Manage Workday → Okta provisioning; JML workflows; OIG.
• Maintain endpoints with Jamf Pro, Intune, Tanium; patch health.
• Support Project Neo: 365 to Google Workspace migration; mail cutovers.
• Build Okta Workflows and API integrations with ServiceNow, Slack, Jira.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years admin of Tier 1 SaaS: Okta, Google Workspace, M365, or Zoom.
• Device management experience: Jamf, Intune, or similar.
• PowerShell or Bash scripting; API integrations.
• Identity knowledge: SAML, OAuth, RBAC, user provisioning.
• Operational mindset; multitask and document well.
