IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide full-spectrum IT support for the firm from the SF office.
• Serve as the face of IT; primary contact for end users including executives.
• Hybrid role with remote support and escalation for tickets.
• Support AV/setup for live events and contribute to SaaS integration work.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in systems, networking, or security administration.
• MacOS and Windows strong; iOS required; Android preferred.
• SaaS tools admin: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack.
• Client platform engineering experience: Jamf, Kandji, Intune.
• AV systems, Zoom Rooms; live event support.
• In-office presence 5 days/week in San Francisco.
