IT Department Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the Internal IT Department: Platform Eng, Infra Security, IAM and FinOps.
• Drive infrastructure initiatives and co-create roadmaps with the CIO.
• Manage staffing, career guidance, and performance reviews.
• Communicate with C-level executives to strengthen cross-functional relations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal IT; synchronize with the CIO on initiatives.
• Adapt AI technology to daily engineering workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling IT/infrastructure/platform teams (5+ yrs).
• Strong background in cloud infra, Kubernetes, and DevOps/SRE.
• Strategic thinker; able to co-define and execute roadmaps.
• Hands-on infra security, IAM and FinOps expertise.
• Experience translating SOC2/ISO27001 audits into controls.
• Comfortable in a fully remote, async-first distributed environment.
