📋 Description

Onsite IT support in Bracknell office (Mon–Fri).
Provide onboarding/setup and lifecycle IT services for staff.
Support end-user devices: Mac, Windows, Linux.
MacOS and Office 365/SharePoint/Exchange Online experience.
Use ServiceNow or other ticketing systems for incidents.
Install/admin software; analyze and recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong problem-solving in Mac and Windows hardware.
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite on Mac and Windows.
SCCM and InTune for Windows admin.
Understanding of JAMF for macOS.
VMware experience.
