📋 Description

  • Onsite IT support in Bracknell office (Mon–Fri).
  • Provide onboarding/setup and lifecycle IT services for staff.
  • Support end-user devices: Mac, Windows, Linux.
  • MacOS and Office 365/SharePoint/Exchange Online experience.
  • Use ServiceNow or other ticketing systems for incidents.
  • Install/admin software; analyze and recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving in Mac and Windows hardware.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite on Mac and Windows.
  • SCCM and InTune for Windows admin.
  • Understanding of JAMF for macOS.
  • VMware experience.
