🎯 Requirements
- Banking integrations (POS/ATM/e-commerce/back-office)
- Java 17, Spring Boot, Kafka, OpenShift, PostgreSQL
- Transactional systems with consistency, idempotency, observability
- ISO8583 messaging and complex payment integrations
- Fluent Polish (spoken/written) and English for docs
- CI/CD, containerization, and modern development practices
