Creates content and disseminates business communications to employees on multiple platforms
Partners to design and deliver cross-functional change management for AI Literacy adoption
Owns large-scale change initiatives impacting multiple Ops and Underwriting teams
Triage communications and training requests to decide interventions
Assesses stakeholders, impact, drivers and barriers to determine risk and mitigation

🎯 Requirements

Advanced expertise in change management and communication theories and best practices
Experience designing and leading change management activities
Excellent writing and editing to translate technical content into clear messages
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and AI tools
