IT/AV Production Events Specialist II

📋 Description

• Own all AV production aspects for studio or live events.
• Execute Studio Service workloads: shooting, editing, delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on deliverables and timing.
• Level up gear and production methods.
• Work with the AV team and the broader company to refine the events function.
• Leverage Pinterest internal AI tools to create how-to documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years AV/Event production in a corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree in broadcast, film, digital audio tech, or related field or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of soundboards, camera controllers, video switchers, streaming codecs
• Understanding of networking tech, video transmission over networks, AV signal flow
• Technical knowledge of editing, coloring, basic cinematography, and lighting techniques
• Experience with Crestron equipment, audio DSPs, and Dante microphone systems
• Experience with Ross products is a plus
• Ability to lead and stay cool under pressure
