IT/AV Operations Engineer, Corporate Engineering

📋 Description

• Own the setup, maintenance, and reliability of in-office AV systems and rooms.
• Be the primary AV support contact during meetings and events.
• Design, standardize, and document conference room/hybrid experiences.
• Plan, test, and operate AV for internal events (all-hands, offsites).
• Provide IT support for in-office and remote users (onboarding, provisioning).
• Administer Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, and macOS with security.

• Hands-on IT basics: SaaS admin, IAM, macOS support.
• Practical AV troubleshooting for meetings and events.
• Strong customer service; translate tech to non-technical users.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated, proactive; work with minimal oversight.
