🎯 Requirements

3+ years IT/DevOps with focus on scripting and system integration.
Strong ITSM knowledge and API integration experience.
Automation portfolio using Freshservice Workflow Automator, Power Automate, or RPA.
Experience with PowerShell, Python, Intune, and Active Directory.
Analytical, problem-solving, and strong documentation.
