IT Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build IT automation workflows using Tines, Apps Script, Python.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Build event-driven pipelines for alerts and lifecycle IT tasks.
• Integrate APIs across SaaS and infrastructure for real-time automation.
• Collaborate on Zero Trust and IdP automation (Okta, Azure AD).
• Develop internal tools and scripts to reduce manual IT work.
• Maintain automation logic, workflows, and configs with version control.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for automation pipelines.
• Research new automation frameworks and no-code/low-code tools.
• Create and maintain technical docs, SOPs, and automation libraries.
• Automate dashboards for real-time IT metrics and health.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT Automation, IT Engineering, or DevOps IT Operations.
• Scripting in Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Experience building workflows in Tines, BetterCloud, Okta Workflows, Zapier, or Workato.
• Strong API integrations, webhooks, and event-based architectures.
• Experience automating IAM via APIs (Okta, Google Identity, Azure AD).
• Knowledge of cloud-first environments (Google Workspace, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, SSO, and MFA automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Automation-first mindset to eliminate manual processes and improve scalability.
