- REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth2, JSON/XML
- Familiar with HiBob, Workday, Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Jira, HubSpot
- GCP (Cloud Functions) and Slack API for bots
- AI/LLM integration with OpenAI in automation
- Strong analytical, debugging, security, observability
